The Electrical Engineering course at UNIVASF began in 2004. Currently, 50 students are selected each year through the SISU (Unified Selection System). Graduate students receive a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. The course covers skills in the various sub-areas of electrical engineering, such as: electrical engineering; electronics; automation and telecommunications.
The course has a workload of 4195 hours distributed over 10 academic semesters (5 years). In the 2019 edition of ENADE, the UNIVASF electrical engineering course received concept 4, being a prominent course in the region and in Brazil.
